BOOKING & DISCLOSURES
Adventure Tours Uluru helps you discover and compare selected Australian tours. Independent local operators deliver every tour. Before you book, it helps to know who runs the day, who takes your payment, who confirms your place and who to contact if your plans change. This page sets that out in plain English.
First light
Most tours involve up to three parties. Knowing which one is responsible for each step means you know where to look in the tour conditions, and who to ask.
ADVENTURE TOURS ULURU
We publish clear information on itineraries, inclusions and AUD prices, and point you to booking channels where the operator or booking provider supports them. We don’t run tours, employ guides, manage vehicles or provide accommodation and activities. We aren’t an airline ticketing service or a holiday package provider either.
THE INDEPENDENT OPERATOR
The operator runs the experience itself, including guiding, transport, accommodation and activities where they apply. Each tour page names the operator, and its itinerary, inclusions and departure arrangements depend on that operator’s tour conditions.
THE BOOKING PROVIDER
Sometimes the operator takes bookings directly. Sometimes a separate booking provider handles the reservation for them. Where a booking provider is involved, the tour page tells you who it is before you continue.
Midday
The practical questions, answered in the order you’ll come across them.
QUESTION 1 · ACCESS
For selected tours, we link you to a booking channel where the relevant operator or booking provider supports online booking. Not every tour has one. If it doesn’t, the tour page will tell you how to proceed, or you can send us an enquiry.
QUESTION 2 · PAYMENT
Each tour’s booking information explains who processes payment for that tour, whether that’s the operator or the booking provider. Check the name on the payment step matches the name on the tour page before you pay.
QUESTION 3 · CONFIRMATION
Seeing a tour listed on our website doesn’t mean a seat is held for you. Your booking is confirmed by the party that takes it, the operator or booking provider, and that confirmation comes from them. Keep it handy until you travel.
QUESTION 4 · CHANGES
Changes, cancellations and refunds follow the applicable tour conditions and are handled by the operator or booking provider named on the tour page. Read those conditions before you book. If something isn’t clear, we’re happy to help you work out what to ask.
The operator delivers your tour; each tour’s booking information names who processes payment and confirms the booking.
THE PRICE STANDARD
Tour prices on our website are shown in Australian dollars and include compulsory charges where they’re required. Prices, availability, itineraries, inclusions and departure arrangements are all set by the applicable tour conditions and can change. Always check the final total at the payment step. Our guide to Tour Prices, Inclusions & Extra Costs explains what to look for, such as park entry and any optional extras.
WHAT NO ONE CAN PROMISE
We can’t guarantee availability, departures or booking confirmation. Those depend on the operator. Desert weather, sunrise and sunset conditions and wildlife sightings are outside anyone’s control, and the photographs on our website illustrate destinations rather than any particular tour. If a specific moment matters to you, ask the operator how they handle changed conditions before you book.
