07 · SELECTED AUSTRALIAN TOURS

Selected tours first,
not every tour at once.

Searching for a tour often means wading through too many options spread across too many websites. We keep the focus narrower. Selected Australian tours come first, especially adventure and sightseeing experiences around Uluru and the Red Centre, so you start with a shortlist you can actually compare.

What "selected"
means on this site

We don’t try to list every tour in Australia. Instead, we put forward a focused set of Australian tours run by independent local operators. Uluru and the Red Centre come first, followed by other featured destinations.

Each selected tour has its own page. That page names the operator who runs it and sets out the itinerary, inclusions and price in AUD. It also makes clear that prices, availability, itineraries, inclusions and departure arrangements depend on that operator’s tour conditions.

Two tours with similar names can turn out to be quite different days. How to Compare Australian Tours shows what to check side by side.

Before you
choose

Independent local operators deliver every tour.

How are tours chosen for the selection?

The selection centres on Uluru, the Red Centre and other featured Australian destinations, with adventure and sightseeing experiences put first. Each selected tour gets its own page that names the independent operator and shows the price in AUD, including compulsory charges where they’re required.

Does "selected" mean a tour is guaranteed to run?

No. Departures, availability and confirmation depend on the operator’s tour conditions. Weather and wildlife are never certain either.

Why isn't every tour listed?

We keep the focus narrow on purpose: Uluru, the Red Centre and other featured destinations, and adventure and sightseeing experiences in particular. Each tour we put forward needs a page that names the operator, gives an accurate AUD price and explains that prices, availability, itineraries, inclusions and departure arrangements are subject to the operator’s tour conditions.
